I just received the EGO10AH battery: purchased October 24, but the battery is old stock from 2022. I found different opinions if - and by how much - that may reduce performance and lifespan.The company offers a 3-year warranty, but again I found very different customer experiences with EGO warranties and customer service.Since this is a very expensive item I will be cautious and return the battery to Amazon. Hopefully soon I may find the same battery locally where I can make sure it is a recent production product.Just a heads up.. it’s impossible to know how old the batteries are when you purchase online. I also purchased a new 5AH EGO battery from Amazon and it was really new, manufactured 3 months ago.

I have many EGO products, i.e. lawnmower, chainsaw, weedeaters, blowers and all these products work great. I love that the batteries fit each device. I can't say enough good things about the EGO products and their support team, thank you........

I found out after purchasing my Ego lawn mower that the five Ego batteries I already owned were not powerful enough for the mower. (I went through 5 in the course of an hour.)I reluctantly bought this recommended battery. Well this battery gave me 30 minutes run time. An improvement. but hardly enough of one.I now have $1000 invested in a push mower that does only half of my yard.

The EGO Power+ BA5600T battery purchased from this seller has failed. Ego will not honor the warranty since the battery was purchased from another vendor, and said to contact the seller about the warranty. The seller, "Better Price For You LLC", has vanished from Amazon with no way to contact them. Demerits to Ego for not standing behind their product warranty.
