The mower is very light compared to gas models and the push button start/stop makes it very easy to use. Height adjustment for multiple height users.

It was my present for my husband's birthday, he loves a lot .Lawnmower is so quite and easy to use,it is nicely designed also. I will recommend this product to everyone

I was hopeful that electric mowers had improved since my last experience with them 8 years ago. Unfortunately that isn't the case. I chose EGO as I have other products by them that are quite good. I looked at GreenWorks mowers but the reviews were not good, especially battery usage. Right out of the box the EGO battery packs charged quite quickly. Good sign. The mower was easy to set up. Good sign. And the self propelled aspect moves you quickly. Good sign. But mower would shut down and the "yellow light" would flash after about 20' of yard. Not good. I called customer service and explained the problem. I was told a new mower just out of the box should not do this; and to return it for a replacement. Not a good sign at all. Also I almost always bag my yard clippings. The grass chute clogged up after 20' and no grass would go into the catcher bag, just remained as clump on the yard. My experience 8 years ago was the electric mowers did not provide a smooth cut in thick turf grass. Seems that has not changed much in 8 years. So this mower is being returned tomorrow. Being a "yard guy" for decades, let me assure you that electrics will not provide the same smooth cut and performance as gas mowers, they are still too far behind. Maybe in 12-15 years when I need to replace another mower they will have improved. So if you have a flat yard with thin grass, it might be a good choice for you. This mower just doesn't cut it with thick Texas turf grass. Off to Home Depot I go for a new Honda gas powered rear wheel self-propelled mower. I know I will not be disappointed.
