EGO Power+ CH7000 700W Turbo Charger

In this month, we purchased 2 units of Power+ 700W. For the WIFI setting, no matter how to arrange, still cannot have both 2 units work . It's Apple Iphone 6+ we used to connect. (But the Wifi works well for PST3040 instead) Therefore, need your help to provide us the setup SOP to setup Wifi for Power+700W working. Beside, since I'm located in Asia Taiwan, it's not convenient to contact your service center by phone. Could you provide me the e-mail address for further discussion? Thanks.

The charger works fine. You gave me a feature that doesn’t work. No real instructions and no real help from three different customer service agents. It is time for the tech department to find a solution to the connectivity problem. It appears from other reviews that this has been going on for quite some time. This is bad PR. Ego gave me this feature. I did not ask for it. Being that it was given, I would like it to work. My recommendation is excellent for the charging capability. It charges well and I would recommend it. The issue is with the APP.

The battery is very very
good but the Lawn mower I can lower it across the grass it's very low and I cannot cut low it's not cut low so I don't know what to do to return it or to keep it

Works just as stated, quick charge with push notification when charging is completed, and via the app I can check on charging progress. Nice!

Perfect fit for fast charging. A little hit and miss on the app connection but charges the batteries perfectly and far faster than I expected.
