It's usually sitting in my basement where I don't see it. But now we moved and it's in a garage. I would catch the battery turn on flashing green light for no apparent reason and it gets hot. I have actually used for my mower about 4 times so far and haven't used it since we moved in July as I've been paying someone to mow at the new house. Before I didn't think nothing of it when I noticed it running green and hot. But now since it's where I can see it often, it has done it 3 times in the past 2 months. It's just sitting there on a counter not even on a charger. Seller won't do nothing about it so I guess I gotta contact manufacturer. Will not recommend as I'm afraid it may catch fire or something since it runs hot. Update: this seller isn't an authorized seller so any manufacturers warranty will not be covered. Was told by the manufacturer.

I just ordered this 4.0ah battery. I opened the package and wanted to use it in a leaf blower, but the battery was dead. I put this in the charger to charge, but nothing happened. I have two chargers and both are fine. Yes. I originally had two 2.5 Ah batteries. One for the leaf blower broke after more than a year of use, and the other for the lawn mower was purchased at the HONE depot. It has been used for 4 years and is still good. I originally wanted to buy it. I used a large-capacity battery to supplement the power of my leaf blower and lawn trimmer, but I was really disappointed when I encountered this result!

Made this purchase after not using my lawn mower for several years. Paying for a landscaper to mow my small yard was getting ridiculously expensive, so I decided to do the mowing myself. I actually even enjoy doing it now, and the battery has already paid for itself! The battery works great, and the fast charger has me going again in 30 minutes. I'm so glad I decided to make this purchase.

This battery is a whole lot better than the one i had. It doesn’t take me long to blow my drive way off. I am 80 years old and when I put this battery in my Ego it doesn’t make it any heavier. This battery is bigger than the one I had.

We wanted a second battery for our mower and this works great!
