This snow blower has functioned as advertised through several snowstorms. Well worth the money.

I am a contractor who bought this as an easy solution for a commercial building sidewalks. It works great, lightweight compared to a gasoline model and does the job as advertised. Hand warmers work well and not as noisy. Plus I can keep on site in a storage area of building without gasoline fumes.

Used the snow blower twice since new. The 3rd time we got snow the machine was broken. It stays completely dark, no motor, no lights.

Considering I own, and love, nearly everything EGO makes it only made sense to give this snowblower a chance. First, very disappointing that no product literature is included so assembly and operation is on you to find. Just had first snow since purchase (4 inches) and this product failed miserably. Driveway is maybe ten cars in size and I was able to do about half on first charge and finish a few hours later on second charge. Other disappointment is cleaning ability. As you go down a path, snow is thrown out the front in opposite direction (where you just cleaned) and leaves snow on previously cleaned path. Expect I will not be ridding myself of gas blower just yet and the EGO will simply be my sidewalk and clean-up machine. Cannot handle much snow or driveway size effectively.

I really hate leaving this negative review, as I am a huge EGO fan. Their two-stage snowblower is amazing, as are their lawnmowers and one care equipment.however, this one appears to suffer from a design flaw. It throws a find mist of snow everywhere around the snowblower. Thus, it is impossible to truly clean the driveway.Think pig pen, character from the peanuts cartoon strip.
