LM2100SP was dead ( probably) because it was used to mow wet grass. Both PCB’s were tested and found to have bad mosfets. ( ego trouble shooting video help out a lot) I got this updated pcb and it went right in. It would have been nice if they had supplied the female ends of the connectors as I had to search for the correct ones and ended up putting my own spade connectors instead of the barrel connectors that it came with.

This fixed my lm2100sp mower with weak self propelling issues. Would start out and then want to die. Had to go full speed annoyingly.
