The item was correct only issue it took to long to get had to wait 3 weeks to cut grass. Need faster turnaround.

Installation of new trimmer head seems to have solve my problem. I was having trouble threading the line through the head. however the line still does get tangled in the head and stops feeding. I have never used up all the line that I’ve loaded. Also, I didn’t check the warranty. Replacing the trimmer head because of failure after one year seems unwarranted.

I was having issues with my trimmer head continuously pulling in the line, instead of letting it out. I had damaged (unknowingly) the head and when I took it apart, I could not see what the issue was. So I found the replacement at Power+Parts and ordered the new trimmer head. They quickly shipped the new one, I put it on and was back in business. The new trimmer head was OEM, reasonably priced and shipped quickly. I would gladly and confidently order parts from Power+Parts.

It was easy to change over. I removed the old head by grasping one of the plastic sides with pliers and I used a impact wrench to remove the 1/2 inch nut. Pulled the old head off and replaced with the new one! Price was a bit high. I wish Ego would have made these trimmer heads a bit more robust. But, I am back in business with my favorite garden tool!
