If I could give zero stars I would. Took several months to get to us with no heads up on new expected delivery date… ok.Pressure is low and batteries dies quickly even if you use upgraded 7.5 amp… ok.After use for a few mins on a Saturday afternoon I quickly smell and see smoke coming from the pressure washer. I record this video for a few seconds turn it off and call Ego that Monday for a refund which they refuse to fulfill. They are currently CONSIDERING sending a replacement. This is when things become unacceptable.While on several calls with their support they claim that this Amazon seller account is not their storefront and therefore they are not responsible for their manufactured product in any way, that it is Amazon’s responsibility.Big Ego+ fan before, I had previously recommended their mower and leaf blower but I don’t think I’ll ever purchase an Ego product again.

I like the portability of this unit and the performance it has. I use two 7.5kw EGO batteries and can foam and wash two cars before needing charge.

Haven't gone wrong with ego products. The easy of portability, no need for gas nor oil change makes it way better than gas powered for non heavy duty work

What to like:1) Easy to use right out of box. Minimal assembly needed.2) Machine seems well-engineered, like all Ego products (I also own their mower and snowblower)3) Effective/powerful4) With batteries and ability to siphon water, very mobile.What I don’t like:1) Expensive2) Mainly for small jobs unless you own 3 or more of their batteries. I have 2 batteries and was running it on high, and I kept having to stop to charge batteries. I wish there was an option to plug it in.3) The ring/seal on their pressure hose didn’t last long.
