Love it, functional, surprised at ability to cut thicker branches. Great product especially with longer reach!

It broke after using it four times. They told me to take it to Home Depot they would fix it Home Depot don’t fix them they only send it to ego for a 20$ shipping cost so I decided to open it to see what’s wrong it’s was a (ring gear )I asked them to send me the part so I can fix it they didn’t have it so I order it somewhere else. Ego then sends me and email telling me they sent the part. they send me the wrong part. good thing I order the right part but this product is not worth buying if it’s going to brake right away.

My wife is the new hedge trimmer! She really likes the new eGO! Its not too heavy at all for her. She says it sure beats not dragging all that electric ext. cord around! Very smooth cut! No need to go over it again and again.

Impressed with the power and performance with this tool. It will gnaw thru very thick brush and saw thru garden variety hedges with ease. My only complaint though not a deal breaker would be, the trigger needs more of a quality engagement, it was a little finicky sometimes when I squeezed the trigger I had to pull it all the way to the on stop to activate, almost like the contacts were not going to touch and left me wondering if they would on down the line, time will tell, EGO BETTER TRIGGER PLEASE. As for long term reliability Time will tell, only used 2 times. Over all a great tool to own and you will never go back to corded after using this EGO trimmer!!

I bought this to trim and clear Salal on our building lot, most of which is 6' tall! It has exceeded my expectations. Battery lasts 45 minutes of hard continuous work.
