1st time ever with any snowblower. I've used it 3 times now, all with 2-6" of semi-wet snow. This was SO easy to pop in a couple batteries and get going. It kicked butt and threw the snow effectively. 80' 2 car driveway & 2 short walkways. W the 6" snowfall, it took 25 minutes and had 80% charge left on both 56V 10A batteries.

I have no snow at this time to use the machine but as far as delivery that went really smooth and effortlessly they contacted me by text and set up an appointment for when to deliver everything went fine just like clockwork got to play with the machine a little bit seems like it's going to be a beast after watching all the reviews and stuff it seem like it will be more than enough to take care of our heavy wet snow

This package with 4x10A hour is a great deal. Snowblower throws even wet snow. Has been smooth and reliable all season

This is our 2ntd ego snowblower, it is a great machine,better then our gas, we have had the first one for 4 seasons but wanted another for each of us. A second set of batteries is highly recommended, its a big exspense but it keeps you going ifyou have a big driveway.
