The blade spins too slowly even at faster setting to do an adequate job even a maintained edge.

Works as advertised. I also used the Ego string trimmer to mop up whatever the edger cut. Using the two together made the job super easy. It was easy to control, so I didn't tear up anything accidentally.

I only used the edger a few times until it fell apart while I was using it. The wheel came right off. Before that, it worked great. I liked the cut better than using a trimmer.I called EGO, but because I bought it from London Exchange Brands, which is not an authorized EGO seller, there was no usual five-year warranty. I was livid. London Exchange Brands also blew me off when I shared what happened and continued to refer to the 30 day policy. Bad customer service ans horrible seller! Do not buy your tools from London Exchange Brands!

I used this once and it broke after one use. Contacted the seller. No response. Amazon said they would refund me but after contacting the Twice I still do not have my money back.
