When I placed my order, it showed the parts were available for immediate shipping. I also received this email:
"We're getting your order ready to be shipped. In stock items typically ship within 1 business day unless noted otherwise. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. Out of stock and special ordered items typically ship within 5 - 10 business days once we have the item back in stock. On rare occassions, out of stock and special ordered items are subject to factory backorder or other delays. We will do our best to notify you if any factory backorder or other delays occur."
I received no notification there would be any delays. My parts were not shipped until three weeks later, after I called to find out where they were. When I asked the reason for the delay, I was told they had been out of stock. If that was true, the website should not have shown them in stock and I should have been notified.
