I spent days trying to get a new charger or to find out how to fix it. Amazon did not make it easy, nor did Ego. It is still broken. We have to charge the 6 batteries 1 at a time which is ridiculous.
Perfect product right from the box. Great delivery thru FedEx. Works great, batteries last for the 2 acres. As described. Highly recommend.
Don’t waste your money on this product. After only a few months of use, the mower started giving me an error code, problem wrong with the software. It won’t drive when the error code is there. The company (EGO+) had me take it to a local mower parts and repair shop. They kept it for 5 weeks, ran diagnostics, and couldn’t find a solution to the problem. Said it was “fixed” cause the error code was gone. So, I brought it home, turned it on, and not longer after, it was giving me the same error code, undrivable. I called them back and all they could tell me was to take it back to the local shop or get a second opinion like 2 hours away. Terrible.
I like the mower. I mow about an acre of grass weekly.Charges fastOnly issue I have is it’s a bit of a rough ride.
Was bolted down to solid metal cart. Never had anything that big delivered before. I have a tractor so I unloaded it but the truck can place on ground with a lift gate. And we love the mower.
