This blower will blow you away. I transitioned from an orange commercial gas blower and found this model competes with top backpack models. No noise, fumes, and expensive engineered fuels. I use a backpack link which reduces the weight, making the blower easy on my body while maintaining sufficient power. Should have switched years ago.

7 pounds (tool only) and comes with a built in top handle and included shoulder strap if you want to use a large amperage battery. Two handed operation is well balanced.

Consider the Newtons as the maximum torque or air pushing force that you need to move heavier objects like wet leaves, acorns, a pile of wet crud in the gutter or even wet snow. I found it interesting that maximum air force can only be achieved without using the tapered nozzle. The tapered nozzle actually decrease the newton torque power but increases the air flow which you might use to push small water beads off your cars or light snow & crud off decks and walkways faster. Really blows all the water out of little crevices for spot free auto drying.

I also like the IPX5-rated weather-resistant construction. This blower can get wet from the rain and just keep going. I forgot my and it was rained on and everything was fine. I removed the battery and shook off the water and responded like new.

Great blower power!!! Love the additional air volume compared to the 765 cfm model. This unit is built to last for years, especially if using for non-commercial applications. I currently own 3 other blowers including the dual battery 800 cfm, and this LBX1000 is my new favorite toy,

I've used this product only 8 min, that's the only reason I cannot assign 5 stars.
Based on just this amount of time, I see it blows about 3 times as much air as the old Toro Ultra Blow/ Vac I've used. That's without even using the 'turbo' function, using only the trigger.
Speaking of trigger, I need to test it some more and see if I'm using it wrong. My trigger finger was stiff, only a little sore, for 2 days. Perhaps that's why they have that trigger lock - which i did not use? I'll use the trigger lock next several times and see if that was my mistake.
The weight is easy for me to handle. Well, at lest my 64 yr old carcass handles it easily; let's see how I do at 70. I'm guessing that's when the strap will come in handy.
I hope I get to edit this review after a year of use. We know that's when you really know a product.
