Though this order went through with no issues other than the long ship time and limited tracking, I rated only 3 stars in case I don't have the option to rate the 2nd part of this order. Though I purchased 3 bump caps and 2 trimmer guards at the same time, on the same order, the caps were processed as a separate order than the trimmer guards. I'm assuming this was due to the trimmer guards being on back order (which I was only made aware of AFTER placing and paying for them! Unfortunately, the reason for this entire order was my immediate need of the trimmer guards, only purchasing the bump caps for future use. The trimmer guards took a week to process, and another week to arrive to me. Had I known about this,I would NOT have placed this order. Also, I was charged an additional $4 "easy return" fee, even though I declined it!! This fee was reversed when I spoke with a customer care rep, although the rep admitted this to be a known issue with the 3rd party billing dept they partner with, yet didn't mention this AT ALL. If I wouldn't have brought it up, the charge would have remained, UNACCEPTABLE!! Also, their choice of shipper is obviously very economical, which isn't passed on to the consumer.I rated them with 3 stars rather than 1, as their pricing is very competitive.

It took me a while to diagnose why my Ego weed whacker developed a vibration so strong I could no longer hold onto it. Finally noticed that one of the metal eyes was missing from the head. Replacing the bump cap did the trick, so smooth while running.
