Refund policy
All orders placed in the United States are eligible to be returned for a full refund if within the return period from the fulfillment date. The return period is as followed:
90 DAY RETURN PERIOD FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS
30 DAY RETURN PERIOD FOR EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
Only items returned in their original condition with their original packaging are eligible for a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
Product may not be eligible for a refund if they meet any of the following conditions:
- Products that have been used, installed or damaged
- Products returned without their original packaging
- Products missing items that were included with the item sold such as accessories, manuals, hardware, etc
If the return meets one of the conditions above, no refund will be issued.
OPTIONAL EASY RETURN & PACKAGE PROTECTION COVERAGE
This optional protection coverage qualifies shoppers for a free return shipping label upon requesting a return and protection from damaged, lost and misdelivered shipments. Customers who do not purchase coverage will be responsible for return shipping expenses and may be responsible for lost and misdelivered shipments.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any equipment, parts or accessories that are shipped international (outside of the United States) are non-returnable.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
Any item that is special ordered (Indicated as "Available to order") is subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes special ordered items on orders that were canceled before the items shipped out
EQUIPMENT, PARTS, AND ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
All the equipment, parts, and accessories we sell on Power + Parts have a manufacturer warranty from EGO. Please contact our customer service department to find out if your item is eligible for a warranty claim. We and the manufacturer EGO Power+ will strive to work with you to resolve any issues or defects with the product. In some cases, we may require the item to be returned back to us in which case our customer service team will provide you with the necessary information and instructions to return the defective item back to us.
