I bought this two seasons ago and it has met or exceeded all of my expectations for my first electric snow blower although I found the 21" model to be too narrow for my liking with many passes needed to clear my driveway/sidewalks. It was great at throwing the snow clear of my path but with heavy snow it got bogged down and only threw it a couple feet or so which then required even more passes, otherwise it may have gotten five stars! I find now, at the age of 64, with the recent heavy snow season we had, that it is difficult to 'push' the snow blower since it is not self-propelled. Especially if there is a heavy snowfall it is particularly hard and I find myself pushing the blower forward by knocking it with my chest several times to get it to start moving! This is not thrilling my wife so I will be purchasing your 28" Self-Propelled Snow Blower for the upcoming winter season and looking forward to it working smoothly and efficiently. My only hope/concern is that the two 56V 5Ah that I have from my 21" snow blower last enough time to clear a (6) Car driveway on one charge. We shall see!

I bought this a month ago was 90 degrees outside, no snow, bought it on a good recommendation now because they were all sold out when I needed it
