This was another addition to my EGO equipment collection. The trimmer is great, but I'm even happier with the brush cutter, which is high quality. Easily clears overgrown brush and tall woody grass. I left of one star because the cutter doesn't stop spinning immediately when the power is released.

Still working to get the string to elongate when pushing the trimmer head on the ground (am having to stop to manually pull). But love not smelling like gas. Love the lower noise level.
The Pole Saw attachment is taking some getting used to. Have had to reassemble track the chain several times; the saw blade tension screw may have needed to be tighter.

Order was easy and shipping was fast. I couldn't find a list of what was included with the trimmer except the head itself and the trimmer, battery, and charger. You get some line. Enough for at least one refill. The trimmer is already loaded with line. Since I didn't find out it does come WITH a strap until I opened the box. During check out offered a strap, so added it to my order. Didn't need it since one was already included.. Oh well

Works well.

This a good trimmer very good power comes with battery and charger. A little heavy with the battery. But it comes with a shoulder strap.
