2nd season used, still great

I love this mower. I only gave it 4 stars for two reasons, One- did not come with 6 batteries as it should. Two- If you try to use the cell phone connection app, it has to be "updated" which will stop it from working completely and takes a long time to complete. After my second mowing season using this machine I am still VERY happy with it overall. I purchased mine already assembled (highly recommend) from Ace Hardware which I suggest over places like Lowe's where they poorly put them together. I do NOT use the app or cell phone connected part of the mower to keep from having to do the updates and it has worked great. I have around 3 acres of rough ground so I do have to stop to let it charge for around 45 minutes to finish my whole property in one day but I don't mind because I take a break myself. It is a fun mower and I love using it. I also have a John Deere mower that I don't enjoy at all because there it too much maintenance. I have NO maintenance on the EGO and I hope it continues as it has so far because that has made it worth the high purchase cost.

Great lawn mower i have a 1 acre lawn cuts with battery life at 25% left in on the mower stripping is now so great but it still cuts clean and the fact that all batterys for ego are compatible is a plus when edging and even better my wife is not affaid to use it! The only down side is the price

Fantastic riding lawnmower!

I’ve had this all electric riding lawn more now for three weeks and just love it! One full charge Will last for at least 2.5 hours of mowing. Can’t be happier!!

DO NOT BUY! IT IS GARBAGE. NOT AS DESCRIBED. WAITING FOR REFUND SINCE JUNE. IT IS NOW OCTOBER!!!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JUNE 16th TO GET MY REFUND. THREE MONTHS TODAY… STILL NO REFUND. THIS MOWER IS A JOKE. YOU HAVE TO CHARGE FOR 3 AND A HALF HOURS TO GET ONE HOUR OF RUN TIME. IT DOES not MOW TWO ACRES PER CHARGE. EVEN WITH SIX BATTERIES. YOU CAN NOT USE IT ON ANY TYPE OF INCLINE OVER 20 BECAUSE THE WEIGHT OF THE MOWER AND NARROW WHEEL BASE ALLOW THE MOWER TO SLIP.DO NOT BUY! IT IS GARBAGE. NOT AS DESCRIBED. AMAZON RECEIVED THE ITEM RETURN ON JULY 31 AND STILL REFUSES TO ISSUE A REFUND TO ME
