Website was down, but everything went well through email. Package arrived on time. Everything looked new and came with all parts, pamphlets, shoulder strap, and hand piece. However, it did not come with original boxes. It all seems well made and works fine. A little heavy but it’s just for home use, it will certainly outlast me
