Snowblower arrived without issue, very well protected during transport and placed well by the shipper upon arrival. Product packaging by EGO was superb, not a scratch or ding anywhere. Very simple assembly of just the handle and discharge chute, fitment was perfect, and within five minutes of opening the box the minimal assembly was complete. Popped in two 10amp batteries and everything spun up properly. Very impressive - now all we need is some snow here in southeast New England.

have not used yet but hoping it works as good as the you tube videos show...won't miss the gas fumes at all

No gas, no oil, no smell and quite easy to use!

I like all of it's features. It is easy to operate and was easy to assemble. I , however bought it in the spring because of the on sale price. I won't know how it actually performs for me until winter. The reviews that I read prior to purchase were very favorable. So five stars for now .

Works pretty well and is much lighter than a gas unit, but learned a few lessons.1- buy multiple sets of 4 or 5ah batteries - not 7.5ah and larger hoping to keep the number of batteries that you need to buy to a minimum. Why? Because with heavy, wet snow the batteries overheat quickly (before they actually run out of juice). With large batteries you will have to keep stopping to wait for them to cool down before you can use the blower more. With multiple smaller batteries you can keep swapping them, alternating the pairs as they cool off.2 - this is a very high current draw tool and the aftermarket batteries can't keep up. Instead of overheating and shutting down until they cool off, they will fry. No exaggeration, I went through 8 pairs of aftermarket batteries trying to find ones that work for less money than the Ego brand. None stood up and several actually smoked. Stick with Ego batteries with known good ventilation and thermal shutdown circuits.The negatives to me are:1- minor annoyance of having to push the power button each time you stop the augers in order to be able to restart them2- not having a master power switch, so if you leave batteries in it and bump into the drive lever, it will move3- really needs better (Has none at all that I can tell) ventilation for the battery box to minimize the battery overheating issue.
