This tractor was purchased March 6,2024 and I haven’t been able to use it.First time I used it I started it jumped off to move an object out of the way any the blades stopped working .It has been in a repair shop for 3 months now .I asked for a refund and they declined I had to purchase another lawnmower to keep my grass cut while I’m waiting for a never ending repair .I would stay away from this Ego power+TR4204 56 volt Lithium - ion cordless Riding Lawn Tractor

Not Happy. Used once and it "Locked Up." Will not run and the gear train seems to be locked up. Can't move it regardless of the gear position. Called Customer Service. Now we will see if their warranty is worth the paper it's printed on.

This mower cuts perfectly, I cut about a half an acre and it only took 20 %, it was so easy to use and has plenty of power, it didn’t have any issues going up hills or thick long grass, I highly recommend it.

Works great for my 1 acre yard. I usually have about 40% total battery left at the end and I can just pull the batteries out to use my weed whacker and leaf blower straight from the mower.

I am very happy with the lawn tractor. Not only does it look nice, but it works very well. It cuts grass evenly. I have a 3/4 acres yard with some hills - I was able to finish with a little more than half of the battery left. So, EGO's description on battery duration is rather accurate. The charging of batteries is pretty fast. Someone mentioned problems driving up hills - I have pretty slopy places in our yard and the tractor has no issues going up. Something that I was really surprised is that it shreds the grass into little pieces and does not leave any large chunks of grass that later dry and look ugly. It is an expensive tractor (about 2x more than a gas one) but you don't have to deal with any oil, etc. - it is a tradeoff but it is worthy for me.In contrast to the product itself, the seller provided very bad service. The delivery window was very large (about a week) and they even did not deliver on time. Any efforts to obtain specific information were not successful since the only answer was "it is late, we don't know when we will get it, if you want you can cancel the order). No even an apology for messing the whole process.
